They dance around carrying a decorated calabash containing cow milk called “Fura/Nunu”.

The Fulani dance is known to be practiced for either ritual celebration or social recreation.

Their dances are also designed to be performed during funeral rites.

The sharo dance is one of the most popular dances among the Fulani’s where people witness the bravery and perseverance of the young and energetic Fulani’s.
