The annual meeting of the members will be held each year at any time & place established by the board of directors. At the annual meeting the members shall elect directors and officers, receive reports on the activities of the association, and determine the direction of the association for the coming year.

 Notice of annual membership meeting shall be given to all members not less than 10 days nor more than 60 days prior to the date set for the meeting, except as otherwise required by the laws of the state.

The quorum necessary for the transaction of the business of the Directors shall be one-third (1/3) of the number of directors and where the number of directors is not in the multiple of three, then the quorum is one-third to the nearest number.

Voting

All issues to be voted on shall be decided by a simple majority of those present at the meeting in which the vote takes place.
